AlienFrac manufactures API 7K rotary drilling and vibrator hose for high-pressure mud circulation on land and offshore rigs. A rotary drilling hose connects the standpipe to the swivel or top drive. It is intended for high-pressure mud service where a crimped assembly is specified. Confirm pressure class, size, length, end fittings, bend radius and documentation before quotation.

Built-in rotary and vibrator hose with a full-flow UHMW and synthetic-rubber lining, supported by high-strength steel-cable reinforcement. The product-page range includes Grade D and Grade E configurations from 2 to 6 inches. Select this option when the project requires UHMW lining together with built-in construction, subject to fluid-compatibility review.

Crimped rotary and vibrator hose with a full-flow UHMW and synthetic-rubber lining and multi-layer high-tensile spiral-wire reinforcement. It gives procurement teams a UHMW-lined option for projects that require crimped construction. Confirm the operating medium, temperature, pressure, routing and end connections before release to production.

Kelly hose is the flexible high-pressure connection between the standpipe and swivel or top drive. In many buying specifications, “Kelly hose,” “rotary hose” and “rotary drilling hose” refer to the same service position. Standard full-flow synthetic-rubber tubes cover many drilling-mud applications. UHMW-lined models add another liner option for buyers dealing with abrasive service or project specifications that call for UHMW. Fluid chemistry, solids content, temperature and cleaning practice still need to be reviewed before selection. For H2S exposure, specify the sour-service requirement and required material standard in the RFQ.
