The resilient nitrile-butadiene rubber seal ring is mounted. It is recommended for cement filling, fracturing, acidizing, testing, and choke and kill lines. It is designed for high-pressure systems including truck-mounted systems. Also, it may be used as a pressureless seal union.
Butt weld Sch. 160 or XXH is desired.
For figure 1002, 10000PSI NSCWP, test pressure at 15000PSI with red nut and blue parts.
Figure # 1002 union may also be used in applications with H2S and other acid gases.
