AlienFrac FIG 1002 is a high-pressure hammer union rated for 10,000 PSI NSCWP (Non-Shock Cold Working Pressure) and tested to 15,000 PSI. It features a resilient nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) seal ring for reliable sealing under demanding pressure conditions.
Designed for high-pressure oilfield service, the FIG 1002 hammer union is suitable for cementing, fracturing, acidizing, pressure testing, and choke and kill line applications. Its robust construction provides a secure, dependable connection for high-pressure fluid handling systems.
FIG 1002 is designed for high-pressure systems, including truck-mounted systems. It may also be used as a pressureless seal union. The product is identified by a red nut and blue parts and is available in nominal sizes from 1 in. through 6 in.
